What type of payment do you accept? Payments are accepted in cash and all credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover).
Will you notify me when it's done? Yes, we can notify you by your preferred method (phone, email, text, etc.).
What if I change my mind and want to pick up instead of having it delivered? Yes, just give us advance warning and your laundry will be at our location waiting for you.
Can I set a weekly schedule for pick-up and delivery? Same day and time each week? Of course. If this is what works for you, it definitely works for us.
Do you offer different cycle washes? Yes, we offer gentle/delicate, regular, and heavy duty cycles.
What water temperatures do you offer? You choose the water temperature; cold, warm or hot.
What are your dryer temperatures? Our high-tech dryers have gently/delicate, low, medium and high settings.
Do you separate colors and whites? We only separate upon request, but if we think some things shouldn't mix we'll contact you.
Do you hang dry? Yes, we hang dry upon request, but if we think some things shouldn't be in the dryer we'll contact you.
What detergent/bleach/softener do you use? We normally use commercial grade detergent, unless we receive a specific request. Offered upon request: all green products and free-and-clear detergent and softener for allergies. Also available are Tide, Gain, Mrs. Meyers.
Can I use my own soap/bleach/softener? Yes, absolutely. We can also label and hold for your future washes.
Will you follow specific instructions? Absolutely. We follow specific instructions for one item, or your entire load. Just let us know.

If my zipper is broken or button is loose or missing, do you fix it? Yes. We fix/replace small notions. We confirm with the customer first before proceeding. There is a small cost associated with this service.
